In July of 2002, DNA Diagnostics Center became the first in the industry to

only negative tests be run twice, but we've taken it one step further to
ensure complete confidence.
DNA Diagnostics Center is recommended by physicians more often than all
other laboratories combined. We perform 3 out of every 4 private DNA
paternity tests. Trust DNA Diagnostics Center to provide secure,
confidential, and accurate results for your family.

Standard Paternity Testing
One child and one alleged father, with or without the mother tested is $420.
For testing, we can use a small blood sample or a buccal swab. When testing
blood, we need less than a tablespoon. For a painless, non-invasive option,
we offer the buccal swab, which is a large cotton swab rubbed on the inside
of the mouth to gather cheek cells (not saliva).
Testing takes 5 business days to complete. A partial payment of $100 is
required to initiate the scheduling process. We will make an appointment for
everyone being tested at a local laboratory or hospital in your area. Same
day appointments are available in most cases. A specimen collection fee,
typically $15 to $35 per person, is charged by the local collection facility.
This is in addition to the DNA testing fee.
You may pay the balance at your convenience. But, please remember, the
balance must be paid in full before we can release the DNA test results. We
welcome personal checks, money orders, MasterCard, VISA, Discover or Western
Union Quick Collect. See the paternity test cost sheet.
DNA DIAGNOSTICS CENTER has established relationships with over 4,700
genetics laboratories and hospitals throughout the US and around the world.
Through this extensive network, we are able to serve you in your local area.
Most specimen collection appointments can be made within 15 miles of your
home. That is our goal; to make this highly sophisticated paternity testing
as convenient as possible for you. In most cases, we can even make same day
appointments for even faster service and convenience.

Prenatal DNA Paternity Testing
With DNA analysis, paternity testing can be performed prior to the birth of
a child. One of two procedures must be performed:
Chorionic Villi Sampling (CVS) - This procedure is generally performed
around 10 to 13 weeks of pregnancy. This sampling can be performed one of
two ways, transcervically or transabdominally. With either procedure a
sample of the placental tissue is taken and tested. A blood or buccal/mouth
swab sample from the mother and alleged father is necessary for DNA
paternity testing.
Amniocentesis - This procedure is generally performed around 14 to 24 weeks
of pregnancy. The most common use of this procedure is to collect fetal
cells from the amniotic fluid to use in performing cytogenetic analysis.
This sampling is performed transabdominally, a needle is inserted through
the abdominal wall and amniotic fluid is extracted. A blood or buccal/mouth
swab sample from the mother and alleged father is necessary for DNA
paternity testing.
Both of these procedures are performed by an OB/GYN. Our Center will provide
the mother with a physician's referral, if necessary. Once we receive the
CVS or amniotic cells, we immediately begin testing and results are air
expressed to the tested parties usually within 1 week.
DNA Diagnostics Center has a referral list of OB/GYN and genetic counselors
in your local area that can assist with questions concerning risks and
medical procedures.
The Cost for prenatal testing with Mother, Prenatal Sample, and one Alleged
Father is $695. A non-refundable deposit of $275 is required to begin
testing. The $275 is not in addition to the $695, it is subtracted from that
total. Please call us at 1-800-613-5768 or email us at prenatal@dnacenter.com
for more information on Prenatal Testing.
